About the Host
Colin O’Connor has spent the last decade helping tech companies scale high-performing teams. He currently leads enterprise sales at QA Wolf, a fast-growing startup backed by Inspired Capital and Lightspeed, where he partners with engineering leaders to modernize their QA strategy and ship faster with fewer bugs.
Previously, at Terminal, Colin worked closely with CTOs to build and manage global engineering orgs across North America, Latin America, and Europe.
Earlier in his career at Managed by Q (acquired by WeWork), he saw firsthand how startups expanded into international markets using WeWork’s global footprint, sparking his passion for distributed team-building.
